Does anyone else watch this TV show? It's an abc TV series, which is owned by Disney, and thus they are able to appeal to our interests as an audience of Disney fans. I'm hooked (pun only slightly intended).

I've been meaning to watch it, but it aired against another show I watch and then I...sort of forgot it existed.

I watch it and enjoy it. I have my occasional quibbles with how they go too close to the Disney version of the story before going off in a very different direction, but it's still interesting to see how it all ties together.
For those who are not familiar, the basic plot is that in order to get revenge on Snow White and Prince Charming, the Evil Queen created a curse that sent a large number of fairy tale characters and classic Disney movie characters to a world without magic where the only happy ending is hers. In this new world, which happens to be ours, she is the mayor of the town of Storybrook and all the town citizens have no memory of who they are.
Then one day a mysterious stranger comes to town who may be able to break the curse and restore the happy endings.

My mother and younger sister like this. I like the episodes I've seen, but I think in order to really enjoy it, you have to watch every single episode. Sort of like Lost. It's a very innovative idea with the two worlds, and actually well executed. I really want to watch the entire first season properly.

Ya, it's hard to describe. It's something you probably need to either watch from the beginning unless you don't mind being confused for a few episodes hah. There's basically the present-day post-curse and the flashbacks pre-curse that you have to keep straight. Not all of the characters knew each other from the fairytale land, but some did. I just really enjoy trying to guess which character somebody was . Some of the stories are a little bit disappointing because they're not very similar to the Disney version, but for some reason I still love the show!

I think that watching the show from the very first episode helps make it a lot more sense. It's from a couple of the guys who worked on Lost, so the two shows share some common fans.

How ironic? I was doing some surfing on the internet and happened to come across a couple of things that tied into this show. I was at a website for Emilie de Ravin because I was looking for a picture. Then I saw "Once Upon a Time" on her resume. She played Belle. That would also explain her hair colour change. Though is it weird for me to think of Evangeline Lilly more as Belle? Secondly I was looking for more information on the sequel to Thor. Turns out Joshua Dallas can not return to the role of Fandral in that film series because of his contract with Once Upon a Time. Zach Levi (Better known as Flynn Rider to Disney fans) will be replacing him. What a small world indeed.

This is a great show. I try to catch it when ever it's on. I missed the last few episodes so I have a bit to catch up on. I really like how everything flows and comes together. Keeps me on my toes and wanthing more each episode.

I'm a huge fan of the show and have been following it ever since it's debut. So far out of the seasons, season one is my favorite. I feel like season two is dragging and we're not getting as many fairy tale stories as we did in the first one.
