Two new trailers are up. The final trailer and a little spot called the vaccuum vignette. This remains my most anticipated film of the year, even ahead of Batman: The Dark Knight and Prince Caspian. www.apple.com/trailers/disney/walle/Cute, I like the little female robot. This may be worth a try after all. It very much as a Star Wars thing to it. Could be interesting.

The "voice" of WALL-E is Ben Burrt who also "voiced" R2-D2, so there's definitely a connection there. WALL-E has a great childlike innocence to him. I have very high hopes about this film.

Well I meant the scene that recent trailer showed of them aboard that ship and the robot armies and stuff. It reminded me of Star Wars.

Gotcha. I see Star Wars in so many things that I have to make sure it's actually a Star Wars reference and not what my mind has conjured up.

really? that is amazing, I am surprised by that. I think it's because I have more trepidation about the other films. Even though the first ones were good, they still have to equal or surpass what they did with the first ones, so I'm excited, but also hope that the film turns out fine. With WALL-E, my confidence in Pixar is such that I'll be absolutely shocked if this film is bad.

I've finally seen the Official Trailer. And at first impression I think (please don't rip me to shreds) I might wait for a rental. Maybe if one of my close friends desperatley wants to see it, I may give it a shot. But right now, it doesn't seem like my cup of tea. It just doesn't seem it would fit my humor and it seems a tad depressing. (On a more positive note, the animation looks sublime) But that's not enough to convince me to see the film. We'll see if my tune changes when summer arrives.

You are right Silver it does seem a little depressing. But I have to mention that I am finally seeing trailers on television and I get a kick out of the very last line when he is in the ship "You are now free to move about the cabin!" Its just funny because its a pun off of South Western Airline's slogan "You are now free to move about the country".

Disney.com has a brief video clip of WALL-E meeting a hula hoop up on the home page right now. I don't know how long it will be up there for.

I saw a preview for this at Ratatioulle. It was one of those really short and undetailed ones that they show when the movie has a long time before it's release. It's due in summer 2008 according to the trailer and its about a little Robot who I guess goes out an explores the world or something. Like I said the trailer I saw does not give you much. I will definitly have to see more trailers before I can have an opinion. By the way its a Pixar film. Dude, I can't wait to see it! I saw a preview at the movies (I can't remember which one) And it looked soo good! I am totally going opening day!

Someone on another board found this video of a "living character" WALL-E that Walt Disney Imagineering has created for use in the Disney parks. It is awesome!! www.vimeo.com/1014358

I Dont do the Theather thing anymore since 2002,I wait for the Dvd Release,so I'll pick up Wall-E on Dvd later this year or next,it looks ok,not good but ok,an it will be A delight to watch, although it will not be among the best Pixar Animated Films in my book. It to me seems kinda depressing and even a little moody, lonely feeling at times, an from some of the reviews I read about the story and parts in Wall-E it is sometimes just that, atleast to me,cant say all feel the same way . (no offence, or hurt to other Wall-E fans meant). Brotherly Love, understanding, peace Buzz Lightyear The Man And Xr Fan 97386

it will be A delight to watch, although it will not be among the best Pixar Animated Films in my book. I have actually seen WALL-E, and it is one of the best films Pixar has ever done. While I enjoyed Cars and Ratatouille immensely, WALL-E blows them away. It is a visual masterpiece that is best and properly experienced on the big screen. The story is wonderful and the film is brilliant. Do not miss this one.
