Its nice to know more about but I'm disappointed in the composer, I don't care very much for him. So the human interaction they mention. . . is that like Happy Feet or something? I'm a bit confused on that part.

No I don't think its like Happy Feet, in Happy Feet they don't know what Humans are. In this case I understood it as human kind was in danger so they left the planet and took refuge on another while the robots stayed behind and cleaned but too many years went by and for some reason the humans were not returning so now Wall.E and his new female companion have to bring them back.

As I've said before, until such time as Pixar lets me down, I have great faith in their storytelling prowess and abilities. Of course with this one, it helps that WALL-E is "voiced" by Ben Burrt, who also "voiced" my all time favorite robot(droid to be technical) in any medium, R2-D2. I see a bit of R2 in WALL-E, so the Star Wars geek in me gets even more excited about that.

And because it is Ben Burrt "voicing" Wall-E my hubby wants to see it too! If only Elijah was a little older we could make it a whole geeky family affair

Oh, poor Wall E. He's so cute though,
Did anyone else find it weird that it said 08, which is in less than a week? Sorta freaked me out.
I'm more interested in before and I understand the whole human interaction thing better. I would like to know more but I can wait for informatoin.

When I was but the tender age of 2, my parents took me to Disneyland for the first time and then a few weeks later they finally decided to go see Star Wars and brought me along. And we all know how that turned out

I just saw a smidge of a trailer for this film. Wall.E is the most precious robot I've ever seen on the silver-screen! (My heart was already going out for him because of his depression) But I still want a few more details before deciding whether or not this is worth seeing in the theater. As with any film, I want to see if the film itself will appeal to my liking. (Studio, actors, maketing: all of that doesn't matter) The story always comes first. So as soon as the official trailer arrives, I'll make my decision if this my cup of tea or whether I wait for rental.
