Nobody really knows anything about the story :S All it shows in one of the trailers is Ariel and Flounder stumbling across this almost club type palce, where lots of fish are dancing and singing and Sebastian appears as like the main attraction at this club and Ariel is mesmorised.

Well thats just like Disney. see this is why I often misjudge movies at first Ratatoullie being one recent example the very first trailers of that really threw me off and at first I was not interested in the film but now when they add more detial I am. Although in this case I am pretty sure I am not misjudging with sequals I don't do it as much usually I am right with them.

Yeah I agree with you there. Some of their most recent trailers have been enough to put people off. But what we folk must also remember is they are only teaser trailer  I mean the very first Cars is another example. That didn't show much at all, just cars racing round a track. That could have been judged on a negative level extremely early but it never really was :S |

Yeah see I misjudged that movie as well I was not sure if it really interested me that much but I saw it and I absolutly love it.

Yeah so anyway back on topic not much is known about TLM3's story at all except that its going to include Ariel's mother and that it's going to be a prequel |

Great the only ting worse than a sequal is a prequal or midqual  Like i said I will probably only see this for the mom and Sally Feild providing the voice helps. |

Yeah personally, with Disney's track record for midquels, sequels, prequels, etc, at the minute, it could be pretty good. Bambi 2 was ace and Cinderella 3 is apparently good so.....watch this space |

It helps that they seem to be taking their time now. This one has had lots of time it has been 2 and a half years since i saw the initial trailer for this one.

I just got home from hanging out with a couple of friends and while were on our way to my house to drop me off a few minutes ago my best friend's mom mentioned an atricle in the newspaper that she read about Disney ceasing sequals and she said that it stated that this film was cancelled however they are going to finish a Toy Story 3 that was already in progress and that would be the final sequal.

They canceled Dumbo 2 and a few others that I fail to remember but this one wasn't on the list. The old head of the animation departmant got fired and this new guy stepped up and stopped a lot of the productions and most of them were some sort of sequals. I guess he almost cancled the Tinkerbell movie but decided just redo everything.

Well maybe they made the list before they made the final decision to cancel this film. I don't know thats just what my best friend's mom read in a newpaper article.

I read somewhere that Toy Story 3 was going to be only Pixar, not Disney and this one was still going ahead.

*shrug* I don't know thats just what my best friend's mom read in the newspaper. Newspaper people don't print in the newspaper what they are not sure of do they? I don't know whats going on.
