Principles of Anthropology Its not what I thought it was going to be... Right now we're talking like we're in a bio class... I could care less about hemoglobins, genotypes, phenotypes, alleles, etc Give me culture and evolution any day  |

He he, rather easy when they are explained but not sure why we need to learn them. I'm sure it's important but I'm more interested in the cultural side of Anthropology than the evolution side etc.

I guess this class is more about the theories behind Anthropology rather than getting into specific case studies.
I had a class last night that I loved called Anthropology/Sociology of Women. It's a close look women in various cultures around the world.

I hope it turns out to be a good class. The prof. seems to be really interested in what she is talking about and we have a few assignments to work on throughout the semester and we only have 1 exam worth 20%. It's a great chance to do well.
