I'm somewhat tired too. I have a headache and I've been feeling somewhat depressed for reasons that I can't really tell.. sad and mopey and .. and ... unmotivated. I've been skipping out on classes more frequently. I mean, I'm not much of a ditcher... but I have been lately because I'm just not liking anything right now.

Hello Fisher! I don't one to seem pushy because I'm concerned so if I may say something due to your circumstances, I'd like to give a little advice.

Heh, sure, give me some advice. I know I shouldn't jjust skip classes, but it's easy to do when you're in college.. I shouldn't have taken another semester at all; I should have just got a regular full time job somewhere, instead of continuing to work on campus.

Fisher-First of all, I want to let you know I'm not judging. I don't even know you personally, but I feel this board has made me close to people in a sense. So therefore I get protective in a way. I don't want to hear about anyone getting hurt. I'm not aware of the causes of this state, but I do know of similar situations. First try questioning all the possobilities. (and they have to be honest) Are you stressed, burned-out, ill, is it personal, professional? If any of those ring a bell try to think of a solution yourself first. If nothing comes then talk openly and honestly with a family member, friend, or or someone you trust. Hopefully they'll help you through this phase. If you have to go to a doctor, counlslor or even theripist! Whatever you do, "DO NOT" hold this in or try to avoid the situation. It will only get worse in every way. I went through a stage like this myself and was miserable. And also, if you are stressed? Try to find time to relax. It may sooth you. I hope this can help and you'll be better soon. Oh, and if you can, break any habits starting to form. They'll only get worse too.

Yeah, no more ditching school, but the fact that I can't sleep doesn't help; I generally just skip the morning classes, though Drama I did because I really don't want to buy that hard-to-find book and then show up without the homework...
I feel trapped. But you're right, I've been talking to my boyfriend and he's been helping me some, but ...
I don't have an escape anymore, and that makes me sad. I used to love role-playing, but now I just can't stand it. It used to be a stress relief, and now I just don't have it anymore.

I understand how it feels to be trapped but what many people don't realize is that there's a variety of solutions all around them. And this may seem like a task in itself but try to find another stress-reliever. Especially something that makes you calm. And like I said earlier, if it comes down to it, get professional help if it's the last resort. Don't hold back! I wish I could continue but I have to go to bed. Think about what I've said and take any of the possobilities I've offered. Who knows, the answer may come faster then you think. Good night Fisher.

*sigh* I know. I mean, it's not like I'm being abused... I plan to move out in December, but for now, there's not much I can do until then. However, I do appreciate your help.

Sleepy, in class at the moment but the prof tends to go on long tangents that have nothing to do with what we are talking about or he just tends to repeat himself...
