Hello!
I'm from Maine (USA) live on a small egg farm that was once a large egg farm and has been in our family since 1657. I run the place now, as a no-kill farm for old birds, mostly bantam roosters. In the past 30 I've had over 5,000 pets including dogs, cats, fish, birds, pigeons, turtles, horse, goats, ducks, goose, eel, squirrals, cowatii, woodpecker, rabbits, bantams, hens, and roosters, roosters, and lots more roosters. Right now I have 8 cats, 2 dogs, 2 Budgies, and 200+/- chickens.
I live with my dad and 3 teenage brothers, whom I home school. For career I'm a writer (sci-fi and horror mostly), my hobbies include comic books, clothen design (draw/create pattern/sew), doll making, embriodery, needlpoint, gardening, video games, and collecting stuff (roosters, Uncle Scrooge, Darkwing Duck, and C*C*DeVille stuff mostly). I looooves the Disney Ducks, have a huge collection. I own nearly every comic book every made to feature my hero Scrooge McDuck, includeing comics from all over the world in every language the come in.
Online, I own over 30 websites, 7 proboards, 12 fanlistings (includeing 3 Disney ones), and 47 webrings, and am a member of more than 100 differant Proboard communities. I try to post regular at all of them, but I'm on so many that it may be a week or 2 between each posting. I try to post daily on my own boards though. I do like to chat with lots of people online and I like helping to keep proboards active and join up with new sites to help them get started and stay active. You can often find me at Proboards support forum rateing the proboards that admins sumbit there.

I'm Alexis, but you can call me Lexi or barkydog if you like. Wow, that is quite an intro! Thats really cool! I love animals and for many years considered being a vet, but I don't think it's for me. I couldn't handle the surgury part. I'm not a collector of Disney Ducks, but I do have a Louie stuffed toy, because one of my family nicknames is Louie, my sister has Dewie since that is one of her nicknames. I also have the main character's from A Christas Carol, the Disney one with the fab 5.
