I saw a preview trailer for this when I went to see The Incredibles 2. I think it has the potential to be a pretty good movie. I was impressed with the music and new fresh take on an old classic that has been done a million times. I'm just a bit worried that it will have the same feel as Alice Through the Looking Glass and more of a Tim Burton feel. It seemed to have very dark themes from the trailer.

I love the Nutcracker! I've seen it several times in theaters. Our town has put it on several times over the years. I never get tired of it. I hope that Disney does it justice. It seems very much like the Beauty and the Beast style so it should be very good!

This trailer did intrigue me. I am anxious to see this. I don’t know if it will be a theatre viewing for me... but we shall see.
When I was a little girl, I went to a performance of the Nutcracker and I remember being so in love and fascinated it it!

Yeah, I do an Alice in Wonderland vibe from this. I know I was just complaining that I didn't like the Dumbo remake, but this feels a Tim Burton film and it *works* here. |
