My day was alright. I ended up staying two hours over though at work because we just had way to much stuff to put out. You? I stayed over some too! We've been way too busy these past two weeks! Ugh... where you work at? And morning Kawe... even though it's mid afternoon for me! Teehee! Sleep okay? |

My day was alright. I ended up staying two hours over though at work because we just had way to much stuff to put out. You? I stayed over some too! We've been way too busy these past two weeks! Ugh... where you work at? I work at Dollar General for the moment. I mostly work the register or do stocking on Friday and Saturday mornings. But, we're understaffed right now because we had one person move and another quit. So They're working me like everyday almost with 8 hour shifts with over hours.  I like my checks, but not the actual work. XD Well this much. It's a little extreme. Plus we have inventory coming soon so everyone's freaking out. |

Now you sound like me! We're a tad bit understaffed... plus we have a night shift who doesn't feel the need to do anything. Therefore dayshift (that's where I come in) has to pick up all the slack, plus do our own stuff. Like you, I adore my checks. Like next week I'm scheduled for 48 hours. But... it can be a bit overwhelming! However, I'm saving to go to Orlando in 9 weeks... so worth it.

But... it can be a bit overwhelming! However, I'm saving to go to Orlando in 9 weeks... so worth it. OMG we could be twins!!  That's how my place is too. I flip-flop. I do days some days or I do the night shift however I swear no one cleans that store better than me! It actually makes me mad the days I don't close and come in for the day shift and find like everything destroyed and just down right dirty. .___. I too have some plans but they're a ways off still. Mostly family vacation to Ocean City and then I have Otakon in August. What are you going to do in Orlando? If you don't mind me asking. ^^ Hey, Donald! ^_^ |

I'm in the Central Time zone... which is the coolest. Kawe... you're in the dumb wakey-up in the middle of the afternoon timezone!!!! LOL! And Kerbobbled... we could be twins!!!! I'm the same exact way. No one does my job better than me... no one cleans good enough. We are the people who do our jobs properly... and other people know this and take advantage of it. We must deal. LOL And I'm going to Universal Studios for sure when I go to Orlando. Maybe even Disney World. I know it isn't my fiancé's cup of tea... but I'm begging. He wants to go to the beach. If we stay five nights... we may do both. I'm scrimping, saving, and begging. LOL |
