I having seen or heard Tarzan's run on Broadway, but I don't think it's going to be on Broadway for a very long time - it doesn't seem as popular as Beauty and the Beast or The Lion King, or even Aida!
I'm looking forward to what they're going to do with The Little Mermaid. I was just in Denver, Colorado and they had a poster up for it - apparently they'll be showing it at their theatre pre-Broadway. I wish it could've been there a few weeks earlier, so I would've been there to see it!

Tarazan isn't staying open, its been a production failure and hasn't made enough money, though it is apparently doing fairly well outa the US.

I didn't think it was doing too good. I hope Mary Poppins and The Little Mermaid do better!

Awww no!! I always wanted to see The Beauty and The Beast on broadway!! Mind you, the idea of The Little Mermaid seems interesting... How are they gonna make it seem underwater?

Yeah it's sad that such an acclaimed show is leaving. On the other hand at least we can look forward to a whole new adventure with Disney's trial run of The Little Mermaid. I guess Disney is only going to let us in on the loop when previews begin.
