A wonderful, fun and moving song. What do you think of this fantastic song from The Lion King?

It's such an amazing song. The singing and lyrics are beyond great. It tells a story from the beginning and has that hint of African music in it. I love it

I think what made the song so incredible was the animation mixed with it. There's something magical when the music and the animation are so perfectly orchestrated that they complement each other in such a way to give you chills. I think the high point is when the music crescendos (gets louder for those that aren't musical) and everyone gathered bows as the light from the sky annoints Simba as the next Lion King.

This another amazing song. Without the visuals, it's great to sing and to listen to; but accompanied by the animation - it's extraordinary. It almost transports you to Africa - you can almost feel the heat, smell the grass.

They made the best choice using this song for the opening. It really sends a chill down your spine every time you hear it. I can't get sick of this song either ;D

I think you took the words right out my moulth. ;D As the crescendo comes into play the scenery of Pride Rock fulfills the special moment. Both the music and animation give symbolism and an assiociation to each other. I think the song resinates with the entire theme of the film. With each lyric complementing life's journey (both positive & negative) you carry the emotions through your own obstecles, failure and triumphs. The song practically has a self-title to the plot. I find it to be one of the most beauitiful and lyrical songs within the Disney cannon. And it still remains on my all-time favorite song list. It's extrodinary in it's own right. I love it to death!

It's odd. This song just came on my playlist as I was looking at this thread. I get chills when this song comes on.

I love this song! As soon as I hear the first note, I usually stop what I'm doing to listen to it. L.G.
