I think the clip is a tad corney, but hopefully it will be much more entertaining after watching it in full content.

That clip had me busting up. The animators must have had way too much fun with it. I could see outtakes and discarded ideas on the blu-ray release from that segment alone.

Ditto, one of my most wanted films of this year!
I think it's gonna be an emotional reunion for the audience more than anything else!

I finally figured out why the humor feels so familar yet corny. Michael Arndt (who wrote Little Miss Sunshine) is the screen-play writer of this film. This will certainly be intersting to see how his sense of humor translates into a family-oriented film. I'm not sure in this point in time if he was a great choice or a miscast for this job.

I am getting so excited for this! I can't wait. I am definitely going opening night. I don't care if I will be fighting for a seat with a bunch of 8 year olds. I will push them out of the way if I have to

That one of the negative things I find with viewing animated films in the Cinema.^^ Don't get me wrong, not the all of the children are badly behaved. But there always seems to be the one that feels the urge to scream or cry uncontrolably. It just deteriates my enjoyment. I understand children can get fussy, but at least take them outside to settle down. Some of us want to hear the film without loud disractions. I dream of the day when I can have the theatre of an animated film either all to myself or with only my friends. That would be incredible!

Lol, I find that if you go to the late show there are hardly any children in the audience esp. if you go to the 10pm showing.

Actually I went to a late-night showing of How to Train Your Dragon. (On a week-day that is) I thought for sure not many people would be in there. Yet the theatre still had it's share of unruly children. Maybe it's just my community but I find when it comes to animated films. Children will be around causing havoc reagrdless of the screen-time. I don't think Toy Story 3 will be any different, but because it's Pixar it's worth it.

You could try waiting until the film has been out for a while. I didn't see The Princess and the Frog until a month after it was released and my mother and I were the only ones in the theater. It was also a later showing
