I wanted to wait for the film to have played for decent amount of time. Since the songs play a critical point in projecting the story forward. They could easily come across as spoilers. Now it seems the majority of the memebers have had the oppertunity to view the film. So now the big question. What's you're favorite song from this film?

When We're Human is my favourite. I liked the sequence and the Jazz playing gator was hilarious!

I really like all the songs in this film, but my favorite is Ma Belle Evangeline. I love how it hearkened back to the classics in the sense that it's so tied up in the film itself. Some of the recent great Disney love songs have been pop music hits as well. And there's nothing wrong with that. I just like how Ma Belle Evangeline is so powerfully tied to the context of the story and how it plays out, both in that moment and later on in the story.
I also love how it's from a supporting character and doesn't feel like the usual Disney love song.

I love Dig A Little Deeper. For one there is tons of truth in those lyrics, and it also just has a spark to it. Very difficult to explain. The way it was organized made it a bit of a difficult number to pull off, but it was successfully done. All the songs are quite good actually, but Dig A Little Deeper is just my favorite score. I think my second favorite song is Almost There.

Yes they have and I'm sure Randy Newman is very pleased. ^^ This isn't my favorite soundtrack from Disney by any means. That being said it's still an enjoyable collection of songs. My favorite of all of these would be Almost There. Unlike most songs the leading ladies perform where there's a sense of longing and sadness. This one has self-assurence, realistic perspective, and a grounded demenor that can be celebrated. Yes the lyrics could have used some more redrafting (as did the rest of the songs) but it's a positive message for young children that I can appriciate more then ther others. I've said once, maybe twice but I'll gladly say it again. Anika Noni Rose is a powerhouse! She could sing the dictionary and make me cheer her on. She has a gift for taking the most basic and repitive phrase and make me believe her passion. I hope she perfoms this live at the Academy Awards and brings the house down.

For me, it is between Down in New Orleans and Friends on the Other Side, but I chose the villain song because it's always in my head and my friends and I sing random parts of it to each other and I just find it very fun for an evil song

All Most Human was the only one that I really got attached to immediately. It was stuck in my head right after the film, so it's the one I enjoy the most.

Now I've seen it, gosh, it's hard to pick!
I came out singing When We're Human and Friends On The Other Side (Are you ready!) constantly. Dig A Little Deeper and Ma Bella Evangeline were also fantastic.
There were actually 5 kids dancing constantly down the front of the theatre to the songs, starting with When We're Human which I thought was absolutely adorable! A great toe-tapping score.

I've had a hard time picking. When I left the theater, Almost There was the song that stuck with me most, but after I bought the soundtrack, I found myself listening to Friends on the Other Side the most, so I voted for that.

Friends on the other side. No surprise there huh, haha! It's a shame Dr. Facilier was not shown much, but at least his song was enjoyable. The movie itself was okay, but I think there should have been more scenes with the villain like how the classic movies used to do. Oh, well.....

I really enjoyed Almost There. It is different and refreshing and it shows off Tiana's determination and strong character.
