It's time to choose your favourite songs from each of the Disney movies! Every 5 I will be posting a new poll for you to vote on. Once we have gone through all the movies. After we have chosen a favourite song from each of the movies we will move on to choose a favourite song from the decade and then each song from a decade will face off until we have just ONE favourite Disney song!
Choose the song that you like the best! Feel free to ask any questions about the whole voting process.
Please explain why you chose a song as your favourite

When You Wish Upon a Star is one of my favorite Disney songs of all time. Although my attention wasn't really directed to it from the movie itself, but from how it was used in the Disney parks and has become one of its themes. Besides that, I think it's a very beautiful song and I like the message the most out of the rest of the songs from Pinocchio.

I think When You Wish Upon A Star is the ultimate Disney anthem. There's such a sweet and beautiful tint to it. It's also the theme song if you will to Disneyland itself. When you walk through the entrance to Sleeping Beauty Castle, they're playing When You Wish Upon A Star. On my last night in Disneyland, I always pause as I walk through the castle to leave the park and listen to that song.

My favourite song is Little Wooden Head. I like seeing everything in the work shop from the clocks to the toys. Every time I hear this song my mind wanders to the scene where they are dancing around the work shop at the beginning of the movie.

Whenever I hear "Little Wooden Head" I think of the last scene in Pinocchio's Daring Journey at Disneyland. After Pinocchio is turned into a real boy, you go through Gepetto's workshop and see all the toys and clocks. That scene alone makes it a must see ride for me every time I go to Disneyland.

When You Wish Upon a Star is my favorite of the bunch. It makes my Top-Five for my all-time favorite Disney songs. When I was younger I just loved the soothing melody. The intimate nature of the arrangment helps the lyrics speak volumes. The lyrics themselves represent whay Walt Disney wanted to convery for the studio. If look at every film he supervised this theme radiates strongly in each protagonist's quest.
