I know it's not a Disney film, and sorry I don't have a picture, but there is a hidden Mickey in the Empire Strikes Back. When Luke and Darth Vader are fighting on Bespin, you can see it clearly a few times right before they go out on the precipice and Vader tells Luke "I am your father." You're watching the fight and all of the sudden you can clearly see one large circle wtih two smaller ones on top of it. Given Lucasfilm's tradition of putting all sorts of random and funny things into Star Wars films, I think they put this one in there deliberately.

It's pretty visible. Just look carefully in the background right before Luke goes out on the ledge and learns who Vader is.

I thought I would bump this thread seeing as Star Wars is now owned by Disney. I have all the movies on DVD and I forgot all about this!

Oh wow! I'll have to look at this. Love the Star Wars films... And the fact that there was a hidden Mickey in the film before Lucasfilm was purchased by Disney is awesome!

Wow, the next time I have a marathon I'll have to keep an eye out for this one. I wonder if there are more hidden Mickey's in the Star Wars franchise.

I believe this is the only one in any of the first 6 Star Wars films.
There is also a hidden Mickey in the original Tron. It's even more obvious than the big circle with two little circles on top that constitute the one in The Empire Strikes Back.

I wonder if they will include any hidden Mickey's in their new films

I imagine so with Disney having purchased the franchise.

Well, JJ Abrams gave R2-D2 a cameo appearance in his 2009 Star Trek reboot which likely served as the best audition for landing Episode VII. As a Star Trek fan, my favorite series are DS9 and TNG, but the Abrams movies are my favorite Trek movies because they feel like Star Wars.
