It's actually more of an in-between-quel (if you will...) taking place after Bambi's mother's death in the original film. I'm not the biggest fan of the original Bambi film, but it is a classic... I'm looking forward to seeing Bambi II, at least the animation looks good. I think the big problem with sequels is that the original team of animators did such and amazing job with the deer (after all it is difficult to humanize deer...) that the new animators have to live up to. I could go on, but I have to catch my bus.  |

I really want to see this movie, even though I'm not a huge Bambi fan.
I really want to see what his dad was like XD
In the original you didn't get to learn much about him.

I like the firs bambi but that was when i was little lol. But the second looks good. I might have to rent it first and watch it.

I cant wait for the new one to be released i hope it is better than the other one.I liked the movie but i thought the story wasnt very good.And yes it will be good to learn about Bambis Father A.K.A the great prince of the forest.
