not yet. We're waiting until we're able to support ourselves.
About music, heh, that's an interesting one. Let's see, country, classical, Celtic, blues, etc. I also love old folk songs. Edit: Heh, we posted at the same time.

Actually I do like punk, especially Five Iron Frenzy. Pity they broke up. I also like different kinds of rock, mostly soft rock like Billy Joel, but I also like The Rolling Stones and even a little bit of Iron Maiden.
No, I have not had home made hard candy, but I've thought about trying to make it.

Do you believe that life is what you make it?

Do you fear what the future may bring?

I believe that life is more than what you make it. It's what you believe it is. If you believe it's good, then it is.
At times I may be worried about bad things happening, but in general, I don't fear what the future may bring. As Peter said in Hook, "Life is a great adventure." And yes, I do know that hook said it was death that was the adventure, but in that movie, Peter said that, though I may be misquoting.

How is it that you and Rev met, dated, and got engaged in three weeks? ((that is according to one of her posts on Rohan))

I've never heard of hot Ribena. Is it a band?
And Rev and I met at lunch one day. My best friend Jack saw that we might get along, so he got her to go talk to me. I started off with what I normally start off a conversation when I'm nervous. "So, what kind of movies do you like?" She was sheltered from movies growing up and she said that. I shut up for about five minutes until she mentioned that she had seen the Lord of the Rings movies. I asked if she had read the books and, when she said 75 times, I was interested. We started talking and I asked her if she wasnted to go to the movie I was working (The Day After Tomorrow) with me. We officially started dating the next day when, after a game of LOTR Risk, Jack had me come for a quick walk and asked if I liked Rev. I said I did, but I didn't want to say it because I had just given up on trying to find a girlfriend and didn't want to be hurt if she didn't like me back. When we got back, I asked Rev if she wanted to go for a walk. We did and I told her I was "interested" in her. She reciprocated it and we agreed to say we were dating on that same walk. Two weeks later, we were sitting on a bench and I blurted out, "I want to grow old with you." She asked if that was a proposal, and I said I didn't want to make it official, but in a way, it was. My friends wanted us to wait at least until Halloween to make it official. I asked her a week later and she said yes. We got the ring off eBay.
Other than that, all I can say is that God brought us together.
