What cartoon is this? (solved!)

Back when I was a little girl, I remember seeing a Christmas special on the Disney channel that I loved. The special consisted of several segments, and was probably made up of several shorts.

The segment I especially loved had two pairs of lovers, one human and one rabbit. The rabbits followed the humans around, and imitated them. They all went ice-skating, and somehow the boys made the girls angry and the girls went off in a huff, skating onto the thin ice. =O

I'd love to know the name of this (either the whole special or the segment with the bunnies) and if it's available on DVD. Does anyone know what I'm thinking of? ;_;

There was a segment with Santa arranging all the toys and making them, etc.

I can't remember the name but I think it was something like A Walt Disney Christmas.

I think they used footage from that in a Disney sing-along video
