Well hello there, everyone!
My name is Brooke, but please call me Quill. I'm fifteen years old and a strong Disney lover. Now I'm talking old-school Disney, not new-age Hannah Montana, Suite Life of Zach and Cody, That's So Raven, My Friends Tigger and Pooh, no. Unfortunately I can hardly watch the Disney Channel anymore *sigh*.
But anyway...
I found this site whilst searching through Google. I also have a Disney fansite(brand new), and I was looking around to see how many other ones there actually were. But when I saw the title of your board, it caught my attention and so I clicked the link. When I got here, I fell in forum love, and had to join. So here I am!
A little about myself...
Well like I said, I just turned fifteen (May 2nd), and my freshman year in High School is coming to a surprisingly fast close (last day is June 16th, and then we have finals over a time period of a week). I live in the quiet suburbs, and I love it here. I have three brothers, a mom and a dad and my grandmother lives with us in an apartment attachment in our house.
We have two Golden Retrievers, both female. Ginger is ten years-old, while Lily is three. We also have two Domestic Shorthair cats, though one might be getting put up for private adoption(don't bother the reason). Leonardo Da Vinci, we've had since he was two weeks old, is one years-old. Denny Crane(possible private adoption) we just adopted from the veternarian's office that I volunteer at, and will be one year-old on June 1st. I also have a rabbit, she's a female. She's seven years old.
I love to horseback ride, and lease a 14.3hh, gray arabian gelding named Cloud. We do equitation jumping, and I've been riding him for two years, since I was thirteen.
I love animals in general. I hope to become a veternarian when I'm older, and then become a strong animal conservationist like my idol, the late Steve Irwin. I hope to go to vet school, then work under the vet I'm volunteering with for two years, move onto a zoo for three or four years, and then go into my conservation work with wildlife.
I love to write, and have been writing since I learned how to. I also love to read, and my nose is almost always stuck in one book or another.
So in a very large nutshell, that's me!
