Hmm, I think I am going to go with Violet. It'd be hard to do anything with the Jasmine after Disney made his famous disney princess.

I am too, she's one of my favorite princesses.
But I can't really say that, because really, I like the most of them.
But still, she's firey, but she's also young.. isn't she only 16? Huhm.. I don't know what it is about the princesses, but they're drawn so adult.. the only one who I think really looks young out of the typical set is Ariel. She does look younger than the rest; it's more obvious.

I'm sort of trying to design a couple of characters... i've decided that every single one of my female characters should be named after a flower.. but that means that their personality and dress has to fit the flower.

Oh, I see. In that case, I don't think that Jasmine's personatlity fits with the flower.

And many heroines are very mature and intelligent. Sometimes teenagers arn't combined with that association. (I'm asked quite a bit if I'm really as young as I am)

The princess? Yeah, probably not. But then it's hard to decide what the personality of a Jasmine would be.. When you think about it, it is such a small flower... but it must symbolize something, considering how many people are named after that flower..

This would make a good discussion for a House of Mouse board But I agree, I always thought it was weird that Aurora is 15 going on 16. That's like...me!

I just seem to remember something about Jasmine's 16th birthday or something... same with Aurora. I have to say that she LOOKS the most adult.. well, I mean, her and Cinderella, but Cinderella doesn't have a set age. Aurora just doesn't look 16 at all, in my opinion, though I suppose she does sort of act 16.

Hold your thoughts on this Fisher. I'm going to make a thread on this in The House of Mouse like Pride suggested!

Sorry, it just happened.
But in any case, this little probject I'm working on.. I'm trying to make all the dresses very 1800's-sorta. It's ... harder and easy at the same time, because there were SO many styles of that era, but on the other hand, they were all very distinct, and making anything just a little too fluffy or just a little too plain can make it look much earlier or much later than it's supposed to be.
