Carousel of Progress makes sense to somehow appear in this movie. It's a quintessential Walt Disney attraction. I also think there was some filming in Disneyland's Tomorrowland, but that may be my mind playing tricks on me.

We finally have a more in-depth trailer for us sneak a peek at. People will also understand why I made the Alice in Wonderland association from an earlier comment. www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjKTD4c7pbAI think George Clooney will be fantastic in this as of course will be all the visuals/special effects. I won't deny I'm on the fence with our young leading lady. In one scene she seems perfect. Another feels like awkword acting where Clooney outshines her easily. Here's hoping for the first to come true.

Double post.
When Friday comes, it will be exactly two weeks until this film's release. I'm quite excited for this!
Though I confess I was expecting a PG-13 rating. Granted this could be that Mr.Clooney doesn't have numerous family oriented credits on his resume.
So it will have been six years then since his only other PG film which was the Oscar nominated stop motion animated film the Fantastic Mr.Fox.
In regards to the young leading lady Brit Robertson. I am pleased to say that after watching her in an indie drama titled White Rabbit. She does indeed have some raw acting chops on her. I only hope she does not dumb it down because of the rating on this film. You can still be sincere and engaging in a wholesome role as much as a dark & gritty one.

Movie opens May 22nd in the United States. The world premiere took place at Disneyland this past Saturday.
I'm not surprised by the rating. This is a Disney movie after all. And Star Wars has already proved that a PG rating is certainly not an impediment to box office success.

All four Pirates of the Caribbean films are PG-13. All of the Marvel films have remained at that rating as well even though Disney owns it now.
I can not find confirmation on Star Wars: The Force Awakens as PG. Where did you see that information?
I am not claiming good films have to be R or PG-13. I was only making note that this will be George Clooney's second film of a PG rating in his film career. I have never cited that the quality of a film depends on it's rating.

The rating for The Force Awakens has not been released yet, but with the exception of Revenge of the Sith, every Star Wars movie has been rated PG including The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones which were released in an era when the PG-13 rating existed. Based on past history, a PG rating for The Force Awakens would not be surprising.
This rating doesn't surprise me because it is a Disney release. Yes, they've made PG-13 films, but because Disney is famous for being family friendly, a family friendly rating doesn't surprise me. And I never mistook your comment to be one saying that PG means the movie won't be very good. Like you, I think that rating has very little to do with a film's merit.
I'm excited for this one. The story is still very much under wraps, but that's not a bad thing. Given that I usually see a lot of franchise films, I tend to know what to expect. So it's exciting to have a movie that I want to see where the plot is shrouded in mystery, even with the trailers.
