This one was so much harder. I've never really thought about it.. 1) The Mist 2) The Help 3) Jeepers Creepers 2 4) Precious 5) Scary Movie 3 I decided to compile it without Disney movies because I didn't want either category to miss out XD As you can see, it's a good balance of genre's I would also like to throw in an honorable mention for Misery and Unconditional Love ;D

It has changed slightly. Mostly they've been switched around. This will not include Disney or Pixar.
1. The Phantom of the Opera 2. Batman Begins 3. How to Train Your Dragon 4. Million Dollar Baby 5. A tie between Sense and Sensibility and The New World

It was an emotional roller coaster, that's for sure. I know the first time I watched it, I couldn't watch certain scenes because it tore me up! It was great acting... great portrayal... She did such a fine job!

So good to see The Mist at the Top of your list!! I absolutely adore that film and I adore Frank Darabont in general. I obviously take it you're a Kathy Bates fan with your honourable mentions I've only seen Unconditional Love the once, very late night on the BBC once, but it's stuck with me a lot. I love the closing Barry Manilow number, and Julie Andrews throughout is HILARIOUS! My Top 5 (though this changes a lot) are: 1) Sideways 2) Synecdoche, New York 3) Airplane! 4) The Rocky Horror Picture Show 5) Drive Honoroable mentions to High Fidelity, The History Boys & Stranger Than Fiction.

It was an emotional roller coaster, that's for sure. I know the first time I watched it, I couldn't watch certain scenes because it tore me up! It was great acting... great portrayal... She did such a fine job! The acting was incredible!! This movie tore me up inside so the amazing acting along with the fantastic writing (I've read Push and it's even more intense than the movie) just made it a necessity to be on my top list. This one was so much harder. I've never really thought about it.. 1) The Mist 2) The Help 3) Jeepers Creepers 2 4) Precious 5) Scary Movie 3 I decided to compile it without Disney movies because I didn't want either category to miss out XD As you can see, it's a good balance of genre's I would also like to throw in an honorable mention for Misery and Unconditional Love ;D What great picks! Yes! I LOVE The Mist! It has the biggest plot twist I have EVER encountered! I never even thought it was a plot twist kind of movie because everything that was happening you could sort of tell was going to happen. Stephen King/Frank Darabont collabs are probably the best in the world (Though the only other one I know of is Shawshank Redemption XD) Absolutely! Kathy Bates is my most favorite actress! She's incredible versatile and absolutely owns every role that she takes. I even loved her as Ms. Hannigan when I was younger XD Yay for RHPS! I don't think I've ever seen it from start to finish, always caught it in the middle, but I really should watch it. And I loooooove Stranger Than Fiction! Such an amazing concept and is really heart breaking!! Great list, Elliot! Everyone has great lists so far!
