Wow! That feature has me drying to see this now. The music so far is beautiful... The cast looks brilliant... Wow!

Hey! I just found this amazing featurette! In it many of the actors talk about the film AND we finally hear some of the musical performances (mostly snippets though, but it's something!) www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFRm_rZIEXcWow, now this film officially has me after watching this. Meryl Streep's song snippet was breath taking and: "Maybe I should have stayed on the path." "Maybe I shouldn't have went to the ball." really captured me. Mind blowing lines! I'm very anxious to see this film now! |

I knew this was a musical... But I don't believe it really hit me till the above feature. Phenomenal. Really. They've got some strong musical talent. Ugh... So eager.

This trailer is filled with SPOILERS for those not familar with the story!
I honestly suggest for those who have not seen this musical to avoid no matter how tempting it might be to press that play button. As someone who knows this production well. It would serve you well to go into it without any knowledge of what is to come. Trust me, it will be so much more compelling. If you watch now. The fun and astonishment will have diminished.

I want to know who this trailer editor was. Was he or she sleeping on the job?!
Disney should know better after Dreamworks had this happen to them.
All I could think was while watching it was "I know what will happen. So I'm fine. What about all of the people who don't?"
I was hopeing it hadn't been put into the thread when I came over here to provide a suitable warning. As soon as I saw that it had all I could think about was using that caps button while tying.
