Jack heard footsteps. Stopping, he slowly turned on heel to face a short, elderly man with a beard almost touching the ground and an equally short young girl. Where did they come from? Then he heard the man speak, inquiring of their whereabouts.
"I believe we have all arrived at a... very special place. I can't resist a look, mate."
Then he looked over to the girl. "Those are some rather interesting trinkets on your teeth, love." As he said it, his mouth opened, his tongue gliding over his teeth as if to feel as to whether or not anything was there. When he was satisfied, he clapped his hands together.

A pirate and a young girl. Wasn't the usual type of people he'd venture out with, but they would have to do. He nodded at the girl and acknowledged his own ignorance when he shrugged. He was supposed to be wise, but this surprised even him. Perhaps it was the evil workings of Madame Mim?
At the pirate's suggestion, he started making his way toward the castle doors. He then turned and offered his hand to both of them. "By the way", he said in an almost conscending tone. "My name is Merlin", he said as he pushed his spectacles from the end of his nose to the bridge.

Mabel reached out to take the wizard's hand, then stopped halfway, recognition dawning in her eyes.
"Merlin? The Merlin? Of myth and legend and books and delightful animated movies?" Mabel tapped a finger on her chin. "But Merlin lived, like, a billion years ago. So you can't be the Merlin...unless...unless you encased yourself in peanut brittle!"

Jack extended his hand hesitantly to Merlin. "The wizard Merlin, eh? Fancy that. I am Captain Jack Sparrow of the Black Pearl."
He then cast his gaze to the girl. "And who might you be, love?" He already had a feeble old wizard to contend with... what if this girl was his little servant? Oddly dressed, no doubt. He began to think that perhaps he had had a bit too much to drink for this was all overwhelming him...
(OOC: Think we should wait for Goofy to materialize out of thin air? )

(OOC: Well, Goofy would already be here, so he can be inside the castle already, if that's what Sarah wants. Maleficent is exploring inside btw lol)
"Myth? Oh no, my dear girl, I am Merlin. In the flesh", Merlin said as he straightened into a taller stance to make his presence known. He had to wonder if he were around mere mortals, especially when the pirate introduced himself. He fixed his glasses and squinted his eyes to take a batter look at the two of them. The three looked completely different, so they had to be from different worlds.
"Nice to meet you, Captain", Merlin said as he bowed his head lighty in courtesy. He then turned his attention to the little girl and awaited her response. He'd feel a little more comfortable referring to her by name, rather than little girl. Perhaps these two could help figure out exactly what was going on.

Mabel tugged at the bottom of her colorful sweater, a brief moment of insecurity washing over her. She found herself wishing that her twin brother, Dipper, was there. He always seemed to be involved in the strange goings-on back in Gravity Falls.
"Uh, my name's Mabel. Mabel Pines," she held out one hand to Jack Sparrow and the other to Merlin and grinned.

"Pleasure, young lady", Merlin said as he took Mabel's hand and firmly shook it. He then turned his attention to the castle as Jack suggested they go inside, before offering otherwise. Merlin raised his hand, his wand appearing out of nowhere.
"I think that's a good idea. Perhaps there are people inside who can help resolve our issue", Merlin said before clearing his throat and making his way to the entrance from the courtyard side, which wasn't as large as it could've been.

(Ooc, I'm gonna keep this short, since I'm unsure of what to do)
Mabel ran ahead of her new friends, eager to see the castle up close. It looked exactly the way she'd always imagined a fairytale castle. As she ran, she tilted her head up to better see the castle, craning her neck back as far as she could. Since she wasn't looking where she was going, it was only a matter of time before she tripped and fell flat on her face.
She pushed herself up with a little laugh, glancing back at her companions.
"I'm okay! " she called, cheerfully waving one arm.

Jack watched as Mabel ran ahead of them and then clumsily fell flat on her face. When she gave her okay, he continued ahead, entering over the threshold of the castle and into its vast grand entrance hall. Grand. Ornate.
A whistle escaped him, expressing how impressed he was with the castle. Jack walked over to a table, which held some shiny brass candlesticks. He grabbed one and looked it over for a minute. Then he shoved it into his side bag when no one was looking. I wonder what else I can take from here he thought to himself as Merlin and Mabel came in behind.

(OOC: We'll just wander around for a bit. One of you can discover the portal, and Mabel and Merlin can start to piece together exactly what happened)
Merlin shook his head as the girl tripped over. He knew too well just how eagerness could easily become clumsiness, and that you should always keep level headed. He nodded his head when she announced that she was fine and he follow Jack into the entrance hall.
"My, I've only seen places like this when-", he started as he looked to his left to see some brooms making their way to another room. They were enchanted brooms, much like the ones he used when he was on his way to another place. "I have a feeling I know where we are now", he said exploring a bit more. He had been to th Disney Castle a few times, but never through this entrance. It usually was a magical portal or simply appearing there.

(OOC Sorry I'm late. I'm really terrible at this)
Goofy lay face down on the cool surface of a long cobble stone drive. Slowly he lifted his head and noticed a tiny girl, a strange man who, like Goofy, couldn't seem to catch his balance and a tall man with a long white beard. They were a little further ahead of him. "Gosh!" Goofy thought to himself. "How on earth did I get here." Goofy was used to falling down but this was the first time he'd woken up in a strange place. After getting to his feet. Goofy began to run after the 3 characters ahead of him, in hopes that he could catch up and find out what was going on.

Mabel could hardly believe her eyes. She was in a real castle. An enchanted castle, at that, she realized when she saw some brooms wander by.
"Wow!" she whispered. "This just gets better and better. Hey guys-!"
She turned to call out to her companions, and saw that someone new had arrived. Her eyes widened in surprise. Jack and Merlin were odd, but they were human, but the newcomer was a dog the size of a man.
