Hannah Montana?

I was just wondering what everyone else thought of this show.

Me. I usually don't like a lot of the new shows, but I like Hannah Montana. I don't really know why, I just do.

I really hate Hannah Montana. Like a blonde wig would be the only thing from her being famous or not. Miley Cyrus can't act her way out of a paper bag either. I much prefer other disney shows.

I don't really think that she is that great of a singer either, not a bad singer, just not great. But whatever. I just kinda find that particular show annoying.

I don't really like it eaither but I still watch it when there is lack of something better on. I agree with Heather that a single blonde wig is really a disguise at all let alone a good one. In real life she'd have to do way better than that to hide herself. In fact the scene in the one episode with the science test where the little boy said Miley's dancing and singing almost seemed like Hannah Montana, I wold have to say that wins the award for most realistic moment in the entire show. Cuz with a blonde wig as their only difference he shouldn't be the only one with suspisions. Now I know that the point of Disney is not to be realistic but usually there is an ounce of realisim in their content whereas in this show I can't find any. But I mean look at the Lizzy Maguire movie. They thought she was Isabella turned blonde, meaning the real Isabelle could never hide just by changing her hair.

I am also not a fan of any of her songs really eaither except I don't mind Make Some Noise and I think the other one I am thinking of its called I say. I also find Jackson and Oliver idiots and sometimes disgusting. Although between the two of them Jackson is definietly worst, In the case of Oliver his behavior can be mildly cute sometimes where Jackson has never done anything but annoy the hell out of me. He's such a baby and a lazy butt. I find this show to be more of a Nickolodeon cuz in a sense its almost like a Drake and Josh thing but it doesn't seem like Disney material. Its like I said in the Replacments thread Disney is starting to go Nickolodeon on us. Which to me is not a good thing because I stopped liking Nickolodeon several years ago.

I used to be absoutly obsessed with this show! Now im just sick of it i really don't like Hannah Montana that much anymore. I mean i still do like her songs i just don't really like the show as much anymore...

Ive only seen one episode and I found it rather stupid to be honest. It appeals to the tweenagers and it drives me up the wall. The acting is horrible and the plot for the episode I watched was just as awful! I give this show a Double Yuck!

Yeah I agree its targeted more at preteens like my nine year old cousin for example, she loves it. Most of us here are too old therefore we see it for what it really is, rediculous.

I completely agree. I don't know why so many people like this show. I admit, the singing is ok, but the acting is beyond horrible (it's even worse than Zack and Cody's acting). Actually, I take it back, the girls act worse than the guys do. I think that they just try way too hard. But yeah, that's my take on this. The singing is ok, but the acting (and most of the plots) are pretty bad.

I've only seen this once, and that was because my cousins stole the remote off of me while I was watching Viva La Bam, Evil people. I must admit - It was quite a waste of a half an hour or so of my life, and I know, I waste my time alot >_<. But that has got to be one of the worst. I really did'nt understand it at all - a girl who gets famous by wearing a wig or something o.O Come on - even I could make up a better story than that :S
The episode i saw was relaly random - I think her dad had a girlfriend or something and she wore the wig so she was "Hannah" to get info from the woman or something, but then her dad came it - it was totally farfetched :S

Ok I now feel kind of stupid for publically saying I do not understanding a kids show >_< You can't blame me though, I was'nt paying attention as it was quite boring.

Don't worry Kiari I dont really get it eaither. I dont get how a single blonde wig is such a huge difference between Miley and Hannah. And she doesn't even go into Hannah mode at all in some eps. Those are the ones I get the least. There is really hardly a point to the entire show at all. Basically its just nonsense.

Seems quite pointless... gosh no wonder most kids this generation are turning to drugs alcahol etc, with rubbish like that on the TV :S:S lol

its nonsense that got disney started and to tell you the truth Disney is just trying to reach this generation as much to the last and what i hear they are breaking the ice in getting older children in to it like High School Musical got to almost everyone at my school (although in my own opinion someone at my school killed the song "Breaking Free") and don't blame this great show for showing kids that influence Drugs and Alcohol is making the kids do these things. What you have to understand is disney has broke the ice with the POTC films and they are trying to break thoroughly by letting the people from HSM to make Music Videos on the Disney Channel. (in my own opinion they could be longer) and by the way i've been watching disney for the past 11 years so please don't start posting that i have no idea what has been going on with disney because i do know. Ty

You don't, not the way some of us do. People like myself and Mrs. N have been watching Disney for at least twenty years (for me thats my whole life). So some people have known Disney longer than you and grew up with all the old shows and movies and love them, and yet still some have seen even less longer than you as well or just as long as you and those people really only know the newer stuff such as the Zach and Cody or Hannah Montana. my kid cousin is one of those people. She doesn't watch much of the classic movies and stuff because she never grew up with them so they don't mean the same to her as me and people in my generation or before. So the way each of us views Disney is different.
