Looks like Disney are bringing out a new princess movie in 2012- although she will not become part of the "Disney Princess" line-up - and a tv series after that..

For me, this seems like a definate avoid, it seems too young and... simple for me ^^;

What do you guys think~?

I did see the series being advertised on Disney Channel, but I've got to agree with Kairi on this. It looks a bit too much like the barbie movies that are always on tv, lol.

In the USA at least...It's barely on The Disney Channel over here as of yet, let alone it's feature-length movie, but if you so choose, it can be moved

My younger sister is obsessed with this. In my opinion is it painfully cheesy, but I am not a fan of most young kid shows. I know they enjoy it and it is made so they will understand, but I just can't bring myself to seeing any value in it.

I can see why little ones would like it however,

Heehehee. To each his own I suppose. I just can feel anything for it but the desire to change the channel whenever it is on. Granted I have seen the movie upwards of 6 or 7 times since it came out and so I am just so sick of it.

I'm checking constantly & desperately for any kind of Region 2 DVD release over here at some point or other this year as I still hold great and positive hope that there will eventually be

I put this on sometimes for my nephew. He's only ten months old, so he's way to young to understand it, but he likes the animation.

It's a cute show. I think I'd actually like it better if it didn't have crossovers from the Disney Princess line. It's kind of random and distracting.

The animation is really cute. Despite being CGI, the art style is reminiscent of hand drawn animation, especially from the 1990's Disney movies.
