They're the key characters to the future success of a POTC film. If you make a POTC film without those two, I don't know that there would be much interest in it.

It is confirmed that Pirates 4 is in the works and will be made. It is a fact that Johnny Depp has signed on to be in it. Besides that, I have no information, there is info on imdb, but only imdbpro users can see it.

That's funny because on the sticker that has been put on all of the POTC 3 DVDs now say "the last of the Pirate Chronicles" or something, and the copy I got when it came out did not have that sticker.

Worst Preveiws is reporting that filming starts in april for a 2011 release. Someone leaked the info and said " you didn't hear it from me" So that info was underraps. Its also supost to reveal even more about Captain Jack Sparrow. If anyone would like the article, i can post the link later  |

i quite agree. i thought that they have already posted a teaster trailer on the internet already, but alas no. Also i know quite abit about Jack's life as a child already as i have read Captain Jack Sparrow Book Series.
