Ariel's glittery blue gown when she comes out of the ocean definetley counts! It's my favorite.
What's you're favorite type of jewlery to wear?

I really don't wear jewlery much. I actually find it quite a pain, well perhaps more of a nusance. I really can't stand anything on my wrists, and I don't wear earrings cause most are made for pierced ears (in my personal opinion punching a hole in your ear is kinda barbaric...not natural at all. I do hope no one takes offense. It's just my own opinion. My mom & sisters have pierced ears.) and necklaces tend to get caught in my very thick wavy hair that runs clear down to my bottom.
However when I do wear it (which is mostly on special occasions) I tend to go with a very simple necklace. But I must be careful cause my skin is super sensitive so if something has nickel in it or is not 100% silver or gold I have an allergic reaction.

If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?

No offense taken on the ear piecings.. But I had my ears done by a professional doctor, so I wasn't worried. Trust me, it's really not barbaric if done by the right person. And it's not as painful as some people make it out to be. Other parts of the body I do object to though.
On a a scale of 1-10, where would you rank yorself as a fashionista?

Change one thing about myself...if it were possible, I'd change it so I don't have a seizure disorder aka Epilepsy.
Silver, I had to google that word to answer the question. There are SO many different definitions/meanings too!
I have never been high into fashion. I just wear what I feel like putting on...mainly whatever is comfortable. Granted I do have my own style, and it is a bit artistic but nothing wild.
I've never followed a trend in my life or would I consider myself "the fashion police". I do like to look nice though. So perhaps 3 1/2 assuming I took the correct definition when I googled the word fashionista.
To me comfort is more important, and people should like you for you, not what you wear or can afford. One song that would never ever describe me Is "Material Girl" By: Madonna.

Are there any films you watch when you're feeling anxious or depressed?

Depends on why I feel anxious or depressed, but I do tend to watch The Little Mermaid when I get down sometimes. The other isn't a film but a TV series I have on DVD; Star Trek Voyager. Another, usually a Judy Garland musical.

What is your opinion of people's obsession with celebrities and the celebrity culture?

Don't worry, you have the correct definition. What would you say is your favorite body part and least favorite body part?

That is one tough question to answer. The very few people I know are not interested in celebrities at all. I've yet to meet and know anyone that's blown their wick and obesesses over stuff like that. I've no TV nor do I read any magizines about such. So I've nothing really to compare to give a general idea. Thank God I have and imagation though! If you condense and ask my thoughts when people obsesess and make people into idols or gods I seriously think they need to get a life of their own. Maybe even see a head doctor. Stuff like that is not healthy. It's gross!
People I know would go with my head cause that's where my "Striking blue eyes, bright sweet smile, and long wavy princess hair" is located. I quote cause that is said over an over again. Anywho... My favorite body part I'd say are my hands because attached to them are my long expressive fingers that are good for playing instruments and art. My least favorite body part is my feet. I'm a size 9/10 in shoes. Very difficult to find my size cause most women are a size 8 and smaller. When I was younger I was known as "Clown Feet". My middle sister has it tougher though as she is a 10/11. My youngest sister is only 10 so we don't know how large her feet are going to be.

Well if that's how you've been described as, I'm sure you're incredibly beautiful. You're making me jealous. If this is too personal to ask, just let me know. When it comes to guys and their physicality, what attracts you the most?

I personally don't think I'm pretty, but that is what everyone says...except the guys. If I can get more than a "Hi" or more than a head nod when I acknowledge them out of politeness I am utterly shocked and want to ask if they'll repeat...just so I know my mind is not playing tricks on me. Oh between me and all who enter and read this thread not once in my life have I ever had a boyfriend...not that I don't want one, just I don't seem to fit "Todays girls figure". Ya know...petite, super slim, blonde. No; I fit the 60s figure. Brunette, hourglass...avarage hight.
As to the question I tend to notice eyes first; unless of course they have a gazillion face piercings where to find the eyes you must look for white. I am partical to brown/Hazel Brown eyes. Then there's heigth...I like guys on the tall side.
I suppose a nice example is the actor that plays Oliver Queen/Green Arrow on Smallvill. He's very attractive.
I know this isn't part of the question but I like smart, polite, honest, honorable, paient, humble, curtious and sensitive personalities. "Boy Scout" would cover it all. I think that's why I like Hercules.

Don't be so hard on yourself. If you look at my pictures on my DisneyWorld trip in the Disney Park section you'll see I'm chubby, short and and don't have the greatest taste in clothes. But I don't believe I'm ugly or repulsive. Just average and plain. There's nothing wrong with that! Besides the media puts on this front where men and women should be of a certain criteria to look "attractive". They're doing this so they can linger about these silly fantasies. In reality the chances of being as attractive as Megan Fox, Angelina Jolie, Jessica Alba or Beyonce without cosmetic surgery are exeedingly slim. (Which by the way these women did have) And don''t feel strange or awkword. I've haven't even been kissed yet let alone had a boyfriend. I'm not seeking out a relationship either. I'm patiently waiting for the right man to come along. We're also alike as we concentrate far more on the personality and character of a man before his appearence. I agree with all the qualities mentioned Just take a look at my signature inscription. Besides Disney couples, who are you're favorite film couples?

What are your favourite boys and girls names?
|
|
|
Post by Miss Megara on Apr 8, 2010 18:23:13 GMT -5
I wasn't referring to media or models...just the gals that I've seen the guys go out with and make a fuss over. Call me odd, but I tend to observe people and take mental notes. Yes...and everyone thought Belle was a funny girl. Hehe! I guess you and I are just 'Ladies in Waiting'. From the first time I saw your signature I really liked it. Now...couples... If we are going by animation I like Thumbelina & Cornelius, Anya & Demetri, and Crysta & Zak. Non animated, well...Bruce Wayne & Selena Kyle aka Batman & Cat woman, and hmm...Anne & Gilbert from Anne Of Green Gables. As for TV shows I like to make my own parings. Like most in the Star Trek Voyager world I'm a Janeway/Chakotay shipper and Seven of Nine/Doctor shipper. Even made a music video for both! In Smallvill I think Clark/Chloe. And I really, really think Gabrielle/Joxer when it comes to Xena Worrier Princess. Favorite boys and girls names...I rather like: Eliza Jane (mom wanted to name me that), Gabrielle, Emma Jean, Raquel, Lillian, Faith, Mary Anne, Ester, Delilah, Monica, Kathleen, Gina, and Rhonda to name just a few. For boys: Seth, Ryan, Scott, Matthew, Luca, Caleb, Christopher, Preston, and Joseph. Calvert Warren is what my parents were going to name me if I was a boy and I really like that name too. Though I do like a lot of Star Trek names, and if I got married and had children I might give a few Vulcan and Klingon names.
