Good luck with your thesis Athena! I've stacked up on books for the weekend. Plan to spend a lot of time reading when I'm not on here.

Hey guys I hope you all are doing well.
I just got to see Princess Mononoke for credit at my college! It was awesome and awesome to get credit for something I enjoyed.

I'm doing pretty good this morning. Finally caught up on my sleep and slept for about 12 hours Fell asleep at 8:30pm last night and didn't wake up until about 10:30am this morning How're you Lexi? Had you seen Princess Mononoke before you saw it in class?

that's awesome!! good for you Mrs. N! Those days are grand (when you aren't scrunched for time)
I am good, actually going to lunch soon and then my 1 class of the day! no, I hadn't! That is part of why I wanted to go to the presentation of it. My old philosophy professor who is part Japanese introduced the film and Iam glad. I felt like I understood it a lot better than not knowing anything.

That's awesome! I actually own the movie on DVD and I really like it a lot. In fact I might watch it again today.

I really want to rewatch the Sword in the Stone since I am in a class all about Arthur

Lol, that would be fun to watch in class. I'm not a big fan of the Disney version of the Sword in the Stone. The only thing I really liked was when Merlin transformed Wart into the various animals to teach him lessons

I like it, but then again, I don't know if I have seen any other movie on Arthur.
My teacher suggested watching Monty Python..

Yes, I am pretty sure. especially since the next story we are reading has to do with Sir. Lancelot and she said the ending of the book is a lot like that movie, but I have never seen it so I don't know really what she means by that.

Hmm I think you'll like it. It has a lot of sarcastic humour to it. Have you seen any of the Monty Python movies?
