The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian

It's not surprising that along with Walden Media, Disney would want to pursue adapting the other books in C.S. Lewis's best-selling fantasy series, after The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe became the second highest grossing film of 2005 and the third highest grossing live action film domestically in Disney's history (after Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and Hollywood Pictures' The Sixth Sense). Caspian catches up with the four Pevensie children, who return to Narnia to find that one thousand years have passed since they left. They are again enlisted to join the magical world's colorful creatures in an effort to combat an evil villain preventing the rightful prince from ruling. On Groundhog Day 2006, Disney and Walden officially announced the commencement of preproduction on this sequel, which is scheduled to hit theaters on December 14, 2007. Wardrobe's director Andrew Adamson and most of its principal cast will return for this follow-up. The studios are reportedly contemplating filming in Ireland

that doesnt suprise me. they will probably try to make a movie out of all of the books in the narnia series. it will probably be about the same as the narnia lion witch and wardrobe movie.

Wow, it's going to be in theaters Dec. 2007? That doesn't give them much time to make it unless they have already started production.

i havent read ahy of the books except a small portion of the first one, but i am not too excited about more movies, the lion witch and wordrobe was the best.

I'm really excited about this. I love what C. S. Lewis did with the stories. And, even though he never wanted them to become films, I think they make really good films.

I haven't seen the first one yet. I dont really have the urge to at the moment.
I think that it's really great that Disney has picked up a good series that is good for both adults and children.

The books are some of my very favorites, loved the LWW, can't wait for Caspian to come out!

he first movie is incredable, even my 48byear old aunt loved it and rushed to the spot when it came to DVD. ;D

After viewing The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe... I have changed my mind about this movie completley. It was lovely! I am really excited about the second film.

Yep! I can't wait to see what happens in the next installment of this series. I hope they plan on doing a few more of the books as well.

Even though it is the second book, but it is really the first book.
