Actually, Melody's childhood could be quite fun to watch, I know I'd enjoy it

We will have to wait and see. Edit: I was thinking last night and what if this turns out to be a midquel. Like about Melody's childhood. That would suck. I agree wholeheartedly, I HATE midquals, they are sooo unnecessary

I'll be even more amazed if it does well on DVD sales aswell!!! I'm sure it will. Parents will buy it for their kids. Kids dont care about plot development.

Tarzan 2 was a midqual wasn't it? Yeah but i only know that from the commercials, i did not see it and i dont plan to uug, the Little Mermaid 2 makes me think of when my guy friend, hes a big guy and has had on and off crushes on me, and several years ago i hung out at his house, and he kissed my cheek while Little Mermaid II was on, so now Little Mermaid II makes me think of that

All I can say about this one is PFT! Why does Ariel need anymore stories? She's a classic. It isn't like she is just going to die, you know. o.o People LIKE classics.

Yeah, and this is a beautiful disney classic, it was my late fathers favorite, in fact he had my copy for the longest time, and then he gave it back. They should have left the story alone. this was also based off of an already written story. i have not read it, but a friend told me that Ariel had a choice between her dying or the prince, so she chose herself. So in the original story, she DOES die actually, Air. The message was supposed to be, to accpet who you are and not try to change yourself. the Disney version was beatuiful thought i love it, and now they trashed it with not one but now possibly TWO sequals

Exactly. And the Tarzan sequil thing was just stupid. Totally unnessicary. Everyone loves Ariel and Eric, so why push it? Oi.

I believe that would have made this Disney flick a whole lot better. LoL

Disney goes dark. People like me would have really liked that movie were Ariel to die. We need more darker movies like NBC and stuff. Those are SOOOOO cool! Why doesn't Disney ever make 'dark' sequels? I mean, COME ON!

You know they can never trash the first movie. As long as people still love that one the other movies that follow it shall be dirt. I never liked when they made two more Aladdin movies but I never let that stop me from enjoying the first one.
We can go kick down the doors at the Disney Studio later. <.<
