Well I don't see not wanting to show her being Jealous as an excuse, they made her that way in the first place so its their own fault. Why do we even need this movie?

It might be true about being a corporate symbol and that she is synonomous with Disney magic and wonder but when shes not a symbol it all points to her being a big spoiled brat. Some say something "Big attitudes come in small packages" "Spoiled and Proud of it" "Mood Subjected to Change Without Notice" So she is still known to the world as a feisty little pixie and not just some symbol.

I agree there are posters that say "I'm a spoiled brat" and it has think on it with her arms crossed, and I think my best friends sis has a T-shirt of the same thing.

I do agree that they have played up aspects of Tink's personality that are spoiled, but those may not necessarily go against what some are calling a dramatic overhaul of her personality.

Okay so it might not be a dramatic overhaul of personality, I mean they can only feel one thing at a time, so they're either completely good or completely bad, the fairies that is. The thing with Tink is more of she has a shorter tolerance or temper than probably most faireis. So I guess its fine as seeing her nice, especially when, as you said, that's how she's seen as a symbol anyways. I'm just worried that is all that will be seen in the movie, sweetness, and if it is the movie and the character will come off awfully bland. Other Disney character's loose their composure in either anger or sadness.

I have never really been a fan of fairies or any girly like stuff as such but Tink I thought was a refreshing change from the usual fairy persona so I don't want to see her made to be the same as all the others.

yh i agrre, i prefer 2d films then 3d films as Disney has ot see where they first come from.

I can't wait to see this movie! I'm a major TinkerBell fan! I think it'll be awesome. And...if Tink is spoiled, a little mean, jealous, whatever...that's Tink! She's unique, and I love her! My daughters, 21 & 25, and I are really into the whole TinkerBell and her fairy friends thing. We just love her!

I saw the trailer, with the tree and the little girl...it looks great..
But Tink is...Tink...shes Peters helper...Flounder doesn't have his own movie??

Tink is basically just a trademark now, in my opinion. We see Tink, we see Disney. x

Well, we don't know for sure if this is even going to happen. We do know that Disney intended to release this film sometime this year and that's not happening. There is no firm release date and plenty of rumors that it's been cancelled.

I don't know the only thing I've heard or seen about it lately is that they've made mini shorts for each of the fairies which they've been airing on Disney Channel and which is going to be in the Pixie Powered Edition of The Return to Neverland. Right now I"m sorta doubting that they're going to release a full movie.

i have not seen any Fairie Shorts but maybe thats because i live in the uk.
