I'm sorry but I couldn't sit through that trailer... I HATE the animation. It looks too much like the Brat movies and those are totally for lack of better words YUCKY! I would have prefered if they did this movie in traditional animation. However, the storyline looks rather good

I saw one preview for this where the animation looked stunning, and another where it didn't look that good. I think the stunning preview was on Cinderella III and the not so good one was with Peter Pan, but I can't remember for sure.

I am sorry but I am not going to waste my phone line patience on this trailer. maybe I will take a small peek when I get my DSL. But I seem to remember a small trailer on Cinderella 3 when I netflixed it and It looked apalling if I remember correctly. and Like I said I am not a fan of Brittney Murphy.

OK I got my DSL today so I viewed the trailer and its atrocious. It looks like one of those Barbie and friends films especially with the animation. I am definietly not going to see this film.

I'm disappointed in what I saw. They're not even using the characters from the first Tinkerbell book by Gail Carson Levine that was actually pretty long and had gorgeous pictures, instead they're using the characters from the short stories by other authors.

This is complicated so bear with me. I have a friend who owns a Disneyana store near me. She knows quite a few people who work for various wings of the Disney company, including Frank Nissen, the director of The Heffalump Movie and Cinderella III. After John Lasseter watched part of The Tinkerbell Movie, he declared it unwatchable. Disney brough Nissen on in an effort to save the project, but Nissen has taken a look at the film and declared it hopeless. From what my friend told me, the Tinkerbell Movie is now cancelled.

I don't believe that, Sorry Briar Rose's prince.. But I'm sure we would have heard something on the website or anything by now if it was :S I don't think they would've wasted all that money already making it.. just to cancel it :S

better to waste what is already spent than to spend even more trying to fix it and still have it flop.

true.. But even then.. If I had put alot of money and effort into someting like that, even if there are hundreds of haters, just having one or two little kids liking it would make it kinda worth it in a way

The animation does remind me terribly of those cheesey barbie and similar movies. If they were going to make a Tink Movie, I think it really needs to be 2-D animated. And done well. Peter Pan 2 could have been done a whole lot better (i.e., it reminded me of something that was more TV quality than movie quality) but even that would be better than 3-D lazy cheese. I'm a fan of fairies, and I think I would have enjoyed the concept if not for really trying to over-do it and go with the popular 3-d animation fad.
