It could end up being a load of fun in a way, told through the eyes of the wicked Lady Tremaine

I saw a preview for this movie last night. The concept seems a little rediculous... Since when does lady Tremain have magical powers? She didn't in the first movie and now all of a sudden we're supposed to believe that she has the magic to turn back time so Cinderella doesn't marry the prince? Ack, this one is just a little too weird for me.

Needless to say I have seen a trailier for it as well recently, I believe it was when I nexflix a movie recently...umm or no, it is on my The Wild DVD that my mom recently bought me. why couldn't this one have been cancelled

I completely agree as well. I mean, I can see how Lady Tremaine could get a hold of the Fairy Godmother's wand and change everything...but I still don't like it. I think that the most magical moment in Disney history is when Cinderella says, "But you see, I have the other slipper." And I don't want that to be ruined by a rediculous idea for a sequel.

Yeah, I am not fond of Disney's Cinderella but I love the story in general, and Disney has already trashed it with the second one and now with a stolen plot line from Charmed, ack to the millonth power!

The problem with this concept is that it deals with "time" and it's "reversing" events that have already happened... It's a bit of a sticky situation and if it's not done properly, serious plot holes arise. It could even contradict the previous movies which isn't exactly a good thing.
Not that I'd bother seeing this anyway, heh! I just wish Disney could leave these things alone and stop trying to make a cheap buck by rehashing "classics".

Couldn't agree with you more. I saw a picture that shows the Prince slipping the slipper on Anastasia's foot. The problem I have with this is the fact that it wasn't the Prince that tried on the shoe. It was the Duke. Even if they changed the outcome through this time reversal, the Duke would still be the one trying on the slipper.

But you know what they say, with all things in life, and this DVD is no exception, don't knock it until you've tried it

I think that this sequel looks better than 'The Little Mermaid' One.

I think that they both look ok, so I'm going to give this Cinderella 3 a shot when it's released for sure

When I saw the trailer...I was actually surprised to see how fluid and nice the animation looked! I mean, lately all the Disney sequels looked as if they had been put together by a two year old. I have no interest in seeing the second Cinderella, but this third one looked more intriguing.
This is coming from some one who doesn't own a disney sequel at all. lol
