DAY ELEVEN: The pet(s) you wish you had Well, first I just want to say that every single Disney baby animal I want as a pet right now. Ahem, let's move on to the three above (there were more, but I ran out of time to look for gifs aka lazy) So Pegasus was on my mind instantly when I saw today's challenge. He's amazing. He's got a fun sense of humor and is able to fly!? Sounds like my best friend wish list has come true! Then we have Baloo, good ol' Baloo. I can imagine just relaxing with him outside after a really long day and just doing nothing. And the last one is Todd Copper, mostly because they were cute as kids

DAY TWELVE: Your favorite villain I didn't think twice about this one. I'm a big Ursula fan, but Maleficent takes the title of best villain for me. Her presence alone is creepy and I love that she has such amazing power and remains calm (most of the time). I get pretty mad when people don't invite me to lunch, so I know where she's coming from, haha. She's so sinister and I'm so cynical, so that's probably why she's my faavorite XD

DAY THIRTEEN: Your favorite villain song Absolutely has to be 'Poor Unfortunate Souls'. This has always been one of my favorite Disney songs. I think it's a combination of Pat Carroll's amazingly deep and ominous vocals mixed with the perfectly appropriate lyrics. I also really like the build in the song, with the tempo slowly increasing the further we get into the song. Also, I love singing this song It lets me show off my sadistic not-so-good side, haha

DAY FOURTEEN: The most chilling villain demise I'm a bit ticked off that there aren't any gifs of it actually happening. On a second thought, maybe that's a good. Clayton's demise is still one of the most horrible and even controversial villain demise to date. We all know what happens, but it's so disturbing that we only get a flash of his shadow. Did he deserve to go that way? I'm not sure. Tarzan did try to help him out, but Clayton was too worked up. It is so haunting, and I'm so glad that it was censored.

DAY FIFTEEN: A moment that makes you laugh until it hurts Absolutely this entire scene. The timing of it is something you have to laugh at firstly. It's such an emotional scene for Simba and wanting all these answers from his father and Rafiki interrupts him with 'WHAT WAS THAT?!' hahaha. Rafiki is so incredibly wise and insanely hilarious, so it's no surprise that this moment is one of my favorite funny moments.

DAY SIXTEEN: A moment that makes you cry your eyes out I'm not sure if I'e "cried my eyes out", but these three moments definitely gets me super sad. So much that I couldn't choose between them. Let's start with Mufasa's death. This will forever be the saddest scene in movie history for me and what fantastic voice acting and believability!! We see Mufasa in such a powerful and grand status during the beginning of the movie, and to see both him and Simba so vulnerable is absolutely heartbreaking. The second is the moment Sitka sacrifices himself for his brothers. Similar to what Mufasa does, actually. Sitka also is in quite a powerful position amongst his brothers, and they both look up to him. To see the look of sadness in his eyes when he splits the ice just gives me chills. Mufasa is in a frantic scene with fast paced music, but Sitka is different. He knows and accepts his fate and we have to endure the pain all three brothers have to go through. The third one (and I will edit in the gif when Tumblr stops being a pain) is the beginning scene of Oliver and Company. I felt so bad for Oliver when no one picks him and then it starts raining and he is so sad and I literally feel like pulling him out of the movie and taking him home, lol).

DAY SEVENTEEN: A moment that scares you This one was harder because I had to keep racking my brain. I don't think I ever really got scared in a Disney movie, so I went with the moment I thought was scariest when I was little. The entire stampede scene is so hectic and Simba is running for his life, so that of course made me anxious. Scary? I'm not sure. I'm such a cynic that it's probably my lack of heart that keeps it out of the scary zone, haha.

DAY EIGHTEEN: A moment that makes you mad It's actually the moment before this gif, but let's ignore that for a moment. Te thing that makes me mad (not infuriated or anything, but it just irks me a little) is how Beast transforms back into human. I'm pretty sure we've all thought about it, but this is pretty much the only moment I can think of it. I get that Beast wanted to be human, but the whole movie was about accepting others and accepting yourself who they/you are. To change him back and make him "handsome" (Belle even kisses him so passionately, like it's a huge weight off of her shoulders) completely negates the message they're displaying throughout the movie. I think that's why I like Shrek. It was a new approach on Batb and they made it for Fiona to become beautiful in ogre form

DAY NINETEEN: A moment that makes you happy Pretty much this entire scene. It's so cute seeing baby Hercules and baby Pegasus and how proud Zeus and Hera are to be parents. The scene is actually really funny too, especially when Zeus announces the "wonderful gifts" lmao. I pretty much know this entire scene by heart and am pretty much smiling the entire time I recite it, haha.

I think that's why I like Shrek. It was a new approach on Batb and they made it for Fiona to become beautiful in ogre form Interesting perspective. I have my own issues with this scene, but mostly because the Beast looked far too frail and weak as a human. However, I think that Belle was relieved because the Beast and by extension the enchanted objects became human again. Early on while in the west wing, she saw the tattered remains of the portrait of a prince of some sort. My theory is that between the enchanted objects and seeing the portrait, she believed that something was happening here. So when she sees that the Beast is now human, I think she feels relief because the curse is lifted. I also think she could empathize with the enchanted objects about being trapped. She certainly felt constricted at the beginning of the story by the provincial life and later on when she was imprisoned.

That's probably the only reason why I don't completely hate the ending, lol. Because if they had kept the enchanted objects the same, I would've felt so bad because of how excited they were that Belle was going to free them of the curse.

DAY TWENTY: Your favorite musical number I couldn't pick between the two, but they're so different that I HAD to include them both. God Help The Outcasts is one of my favorite songs in the world because of how light and meaningful it is. When we first meet Esmeralda she is sassy and adamant on putting on a show, even going up against Frollo. Then we see her vulnerability in this musical number and it absolutely breaks down the walls and we get to see how she really feels about the world. The musical accompaniment is astounding and Esmeralda's singing voice brings chills to mine spine every single time. Then we have Zero to Hero with an upbeat tempo and a positive message about Hercules on his journey to become a true hero. The first thing I have to talk about is the muses absolutely flawless voices. I mean, seriously, why were these ladies never put into a girl group? They hit notes I didn't think existed and their range between them is incredible! Not only do they sing amazing individually, and as a group, but they're amazing as back up as well. Which is actually harder than you think, when it comes to big voices like theirs. The whole number is a lot of fun, and you can't help but sing (and sometimes dance) along to this musical number!

DAY TWENTY ONE: Your favorite romantic moment I'd definitely have to with this one. This whole scene is sweet, especially since how sour Jasmine was minutes ago, lol. I actually never realized that this love song doesn't actually mention the word love until Silver mentioned it. I think that's pretty cool and a new outlook on "Disney romance".
